Spoz Music

Spoz has been a singer/songwriter for even longer than he's been a poet – which is a long time really.

From those dodgy, early days with ‘Raging Bullfrog', through to the more fruitful and creative days with ‘The Sordid Details' and ‘Stereogram'. Lots of fun was had with ‘The Prefab Four', the Midlands' own premier tribute to the Beatles. Spoz continues to play his guitar and sing songs to whoever will listen, sometimes accompanied by his good friend and bass player Dave, where they form the enigmatic duo, ‘The Kremlin Brothers'.

Spoz has also ventured into the world of musical theatre, having completed two musicals and producing and directing one of them for The Birmingham International Festival and The Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He is currently in the process of writing a further two musical shows. You can find out more by looking in the ‘Spoz Theatre' section.

Spoz also takes his music and charisma into schools. Have a look in the ‘Music Workshops' section to find out more.

Here's a few audio files for you to listen to

•  ‘Where Does She Go' – Stereogram - Spoz on guitar and vocals, Micky Couch on Bass and Ricky Cox on Drums. The song was written by Spoz and his good pal Tim Grogan.

•  ‘Bloody Shame ' – Spoz on guitar and vocals. The song was written by Spoz and Tim again.
